Release and Waiver of Liability

Cavallo Ranch Limited T/A Mountain View Ranch

1. In consideration of the Applicant participating in equestrian activities at 474 Wanaka-Luggate Highway, Wanaka, the Applicant agrees to this Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement.

2. The Applicant releases, indemnifies and discharges Cavallo Ranch Limited T/A Mountain View Ranch from all liability for personal injury, property damage and wrongful death.

3. The Applicant acknowledges and confirms that equestrian activities includes unavoidable risks regardless of the steps taken to mitigate these risks.

4. The Applicant has disclosed all medical conditions to Cavallo Ranch Limited T/A Mountain View Ranch that would exclude the Applicant from participating in the equestrian activities.

5. The Applicant agrees to wear a helmet and appropriate clothing and shoes at all times.

6. The Applicant acknowledges that they have read this Waiver of Liability and understand its contents.
